Lawn care in Clarksville, done right and on a 12-month agreement.

A single annual program bundles every service your landscape needs at a fixed monthly investment. Designed for residential properties where the lawn is part of the home — not an afterthought. One crew, one invoice, one beautifully kept property.

How it works

One agreement. Every detail handled.

Most Clarksville homeowners hire lawn care per visit. The crew mows when they're scheduled. Fertilizer shows up sometimes. Mulch happens if you remember to ask. Beds get neglected through the summer because "that wasn't part of the mowing." By August your property looks like nine separate vendors took turns. The annual program model exists to fix this exact problem. You sign one agreement at the start of the year covering everything your property needs. We schedule the work — including the off-season pieces you'd otherwise forget. You're billed the same amount each month. The property is kept consistently, all twelve months.

Detailed mowing, edging, trimming & blowing

Every visit includes precision mowing at the correct height for your grass type and the season, crisp edging along beds and walkways, string-trim around fences and structures, and full blow-off. We sharpen blades weekly so cuts are clean — torn grass blades stress turf and brown out tips, the opposite of what you want.

Multi-step seasonal fertilization & weed control

A complete annual fertilization program with applications timed to Tennessee turf cycles — pre-emergent in late winter, spring feeding, summer-safe nitrogen, fall recovery, and dormant winter feeding for cool-season blends. Weed control is integrated rather than reactive. Fescue, Bermuda, and Zoysia all need different programs — we tailor to what you have.

Aeration & overseeding

Core aeration breaks up the soil compaction that develops in every Tennessee yard. We follow it with premium seed matched to your turf and existing shade conditions. Done at the right time of year, this single service is the most visible improvement on a tired lawn.

Mulch, bed shaping & pruning

Annual mulch refresh in spring with bed edges hand-cut for clean lines. Pruning of shrubs and ornamentals on the seasonal schedule each plant needs — not whenever the crew remembers. Beds stay sharp through the whole season, not just the week after a one-time cleanup.

Spring & fall property cleanups

Built into the program — not invoiced separately. Leaves removed, beds cleared of seasonal debris, gutters reviewed where reachable from ground, irrigation winterized on request, and the property reset for the next season.

Dedicated crew, priority scheduling

Program clients are scheduled first when bad weather pushes routes around. Your property is assigned to one crew that knows what your lawn needs — not whoever's closest that day. Communication goes through one foreman and one office contact.

Why this model

Why annual beats per-visit lawn care — every time.

For higher-end residential properties, the per-visit model fails for predictable reasons. Here's what the annual program fixes.

Nothing gets forgotten

Aeration, dormant pruning, pre-emergent timing, fall feeding — all the off-cycle services that actually keep a lawn healthy slip through the cracks on per-visit. On a program, they're scheduled before the season starts and executed on the right week.

One predictable monthly investment

No surprise invoices in October when leaves drop. No "we'll send a quote" for the mulch the property needs in March. You know what you're paying, and you know what you're getting.

Better turf and better beds, not just mowing

Per-visit crews are scheduled and paid to mow. The lawn either improves over time or it doesn't, and the result usually depends on how much the homeowner pesters about extras. Program crews are responsible for the whole property, not just the cut.

Priority response when things go wrong

Storm damage, irrigation issues, a sudden disease in the turf — program clients are first in line. Per-visit clients get squeezed in if there's space on the calendar.

One accountable team for twelve months

You don't manage five vendors and three subcontractors. You make one call, send one text, get one set of answers.

The process

What signing up looks like.

I.

Walk-through & assessment

We visit the property, measure turf and bed areas, identify the grass type, evaluate soil and shade conditions, and listen to what you want your property to look like.

II.

Tailored program

You receive a clear written scope listing every service included for the year, the schedule, and the monthly investment. No mystery line items.

III.

Agreement & first visit

Once you sign, we schedule the first visit — typically within one to two weeks. You'll receive show-up notifications before each visit and a recap after.

IV.

Twelve-month stewardship

The crew handles everything on the calendar. You walk outside and the lawn is consistently sharp. We review the program with you each year and adjust what needs adjusting.

Program FAQ

Questions homeowners ask before signing.

How much does the annual program cost?
It depends entirely on your property — lot size, what's included, the condition of the existing turf and beds, and the level of detail you want. We don't publish prices because giving you a meaningful number requires seeing your property. After a walkthrough we'll send a clear written proposal with the monthly investment spelled out. No surprises after that.
What if I'm only interested in mowing, not the full program?
We don't offer mowing-only residential service. We focus our residential work on full-service annual programs so we can guarantee scheduling, crew consistency, and the level of detail our clients expect. If you want only weekly mowing, we'd be happy to recommend a Clarksville crew that does that well.
Is the agreement really for the full year?
Yes — the program is structured as a 12-month agreement. That's how we're able to keep the same crew on your property and price the work fairly across all twelve months instead of season-by-season. Most clients renew year over year.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us, and we'll come back and make it right at no charge. Every program is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We'd rather fix a problem than lose a client.
Do you handle irrigation?
We don't install or repair irrigation systems, but we coordinate with your existing system — winterization on request, head-check during routine visits, and we'll flag issues we see. For installation or major repairs, we partner with irrigation specialists in Clarksville and can refer you.
Do you serve Sango, Adams, Port Royal, or other surrounding areas?
Yes — we serve Clarksville and the surrounding communities including Sango, Shady Grove, Adams, Port Royal, Woodlawn, St. Bethlehem, Cunningham, and others. Not sure if we cover your area? Send your address through the form and we'll confirm.
When can you start?
Most new program clients are on the calendar within one to two weeks of signing. Spring and early summer fill up fastest — if you're planning for next season, we recommend the walkthrough four to six weeks before you'd like to start.
