No. We deliberately structure our residential work as 12-month, full-service programs — that's how we can guarantee scheduling, crew consistency, and the level of detail our clients expect. If you're looking for one-time mowing, we'd be happy to point you toward a local crew that does that well.
How does the annual residential program work?
After a property walkthrough we build a scope tailored to your home — mowing, fertilization program, mulching, pruning, cleanups, and anything else your landscape needs. You're billed a fixed amount each month for 12 months; we handle the scheduling and seasonal timing. No per-visit invoices or surprise charges.
How much does an annual program or hardscape project cost?
Every property is different — pricing depends on lot size, the services included, and your goals. Most clients prefer to have a quick walkthrough before discussing investment, which is why we lead with a consultation. We'll always be upfront and transparent about pricing once we understand what you're looking for.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and carrying general liability and workers' compensation. We can send a certificate of insurance directly to your HOA, property manager, or insurer the day you ask.
Do you handle commercial properties?
Yes. HOAs, multifamily, industrial sites, office parks, retail, and similar. Commercial accounts are typically full-service annual contracts including snow plowing in winter. We can also provide site visit reporting and documentation on request.
What does a hardscape project look like from start to finish?
Every project starts with a no-cost design consultation. From there we develop a plan, present materials and finishes, and provide a detailed written proposal. Once approved, build time depends on scope — most patios and walls install within 1–3 weeks; larger outdoor living projects can take 4–8 weeks. We honor a craftsmanship warranty on every install.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
