Commercial landscaping & snow plowing for Clarksville properties.

Turnkey year-round care for HOAs, multifamily, industrial sites, office parks, and retail. One contracted partner. One point of contact. Real liability and workers' comp insurance — COIs ready the day you ask.

Property types we serve

Built for property managers who answer for the grounds.

Property management has enough fires to put out without your landscape vendor adding to them. Our commercial accounts run on annual contracts with predictable scheduling, written scope, and proper insurance — so you can focus on the rest of the property instead of chasing a crew. We service the full mix of commercial properties across Clarksville.

HOAs & condominium communities

Entrance landscaping, common-area turf, perimeter beds, retention pond edges, seasonal flower rotations, mailbox-cluster maintenance, and snow service on community roads and walks. We work with board members and property managers — invoicing, COIs, and reporting handled to whatever cadence your community requires.

Multifamily & apartment communities

High-traffic properties where the landscape has to look maintained every single day. Daily-during-season turf and bed care, leasing-area sharpening, dog-park maintenance, irrigation coordination, and rapid response on storm cleanup. Snow service on parking, sidewalks, and entrances during the Tennessee winter.

Industrial & warehouse sites

Perimeter mowing, retention basins, drainage ditches, security-clear sight lines, and yard/storage area edge management. Often the work that doesn't get done because no in-house team owns it. We work around production schedules and shipping access.

Office parks & retail centers

Curb-appeal-critical properties where leasing depends on the landscape looking sharp. We schedule mowing and bed work outside peak business hours where possible, keep parking islands and entrance medians crisp, and rotate seasonal color where the property is a higher-touch tenant draw.

Commercial snow plowing & ice management

Pre-storm staging, plow service on parking lots and access roads, sidewalk and walkway clearing, salt/ice-melt application, and post-storm walkthroughs. Triggers and service levels written into the contract so there's no confusion about what happens at what snowfall depth. Properly insured — slip-and-fall claims are why this contract exists.

Tree, shrub & bed maintenance

Annual pruning programs, hazard tree identification, mulch rotations, weed management in beds and along curbs, and bed-edge maintenance. Coordinated with mowing so the property always looks finished, not half-done.

Reporting & documentation

Site-visit logs, before/after photos for board meetings, COIs on request, and W-9s on file from day one. We make it easy for property managers and boards to verify the work is being done.

Why property managers choose us

One contracted partner. Real insurance. No surprises.

One vendor for the whole property

Lawn, beds, mulch, trees, snow, storm cleanup — all under one contract with one foreman and one point of contact. You don't manage four vendors and three subcontractors.

Real insurance — and COIs in 24 hours

General liability and workers' compensation, both kept current. Certificates of insurance can be sent to your management company, board, or carrier within one business day of request.

Written scope with no creep

Every commercial agreement is built around a written scope of what's included on what schedule. You know what you're paying for. Anything outside scope is quoted in writing — never invoiced as a surprise.

Locally owned — no national franchise overhead

Decisions get made by people you can reach directly. No regional manager rerouting your call. No franchise fee built into your invoice.

Year-round, including snow

We don't drop your property in winter. Snow contracts run on the same agreement as the grounds work, so there's one vendor accountable for the property all twelve months.

Winter service

Properly equipped for Tennessee winters.

Snow service is built into our commercial contracts — not subbed out to whoever's available the night of the storm. We run our own plow truck, salt and de-icer on standby, and pre-storm staging at the properties that need it.

Triggers, service levels, and response times are written into every contract so there's no confusion about what happens at what snowfall depth.

  • Parking lot plowing on contracted triggers
  • Sidewalk and walkway clearing for ADA access
  • Salt & ice-melt application — slip-and-fall liability covered
  • Pre-storm staging at high-traffic properties
  • Post-storm walkthroughs with reporting

A detailed scope document covering every service, schedule, and exclusion. Clear annual pricing. Snow contract terms if applicable. Easy to circulate to a board.

Scheduled service begins. Site logs available on request. We do quarterly walkthroughs with your point of contact to review property condition and confirm the program is hitting the mark.

Commercial FAQ

Common questions from property managers.

How fast can you get a COI to my insurance carrier?
Within one business day. Just send the request with the named-additional-insured information your carrier needs. We have current general liability and workers' comp on file and our agent can issue endorsements the same day.
What's your snow plowing trigger?
Triggers are written into each contract. Most commercial properties in Clarksville run a 1" trigger on parking lots and a 0" trigger on sidewalks during business hours. We can adjust based on your property's use — for example, multifamily and medical properties typically need lower triggers than industrial.
Can you accommodate a specific contract form?
Yes. Most national property management companies have their own master services agreement — we can sign onto your contract form rather than asking you to switch to ours.
Do you provide reports or site visit documentation?
Yes — site logs, before/after photos for board meetings, and seasonal property condition reports on request. The level of reporting is built into the contract scope.
How are you priced compared to national landscape companies?
Usually competitive on price, often better on responsiveness. National franchises carry regional management overhead that gets passed into commercial pricing. We're locally owned, which keeps overhead lean and means you reach decision-makers directly.
Can you handle storm cleanup outside normal scope?
Yes — storm response is built into commercial contracts. Major-event cleanup (downed trees, flooding) is quoted separately when it happens, but standard storm cleanup is part of the agreement.
Do you serve outside Clarksville proper?
Yes — we cover Clarksville, Sango, Shady Grove, Adams, Port Royal, Woodlawn, Pleasant View, Cunningham, St. Bethlehem, and more. Send us the property address and we'll confirm coverage.
